The Fayette County Property Valuation Administrator (PVA) will be inspecting areas in the 11th District for the upcoming year. What will these inspections lead to? What are they inspecting?
PVA Office is inspecting areas within the 11th District over the next few months for next year’s reassessments. Representatives from David O’Neill’s office will be driving through the areas inspecting the exterior of homes between now and December. These inspections are in preparation for 2020 property tax values.
Resulting reassessment notices will be mailed on April 15, 2020. If there are any questions, you can contact the office here or call at (859)246-2722.
