Are there new restaurants coming to the Beaumont area of Lexington, KY? Here are a few new places to eat around Beaumont and surrounding areas coming in 2019.
Campestre Mexican Bar & Grill is set to open early 2019. The Mexican restaurant took over the former Mark’s Feed Store and Applebee’s location in Beaumont Center. Mark’s Feed Store closed January of 2018 after only being for about a year. It will be open for lunch and dinner and will serve Mexican comfort food.
Harrodsburg Road is getting a coffee shop called The Human Bean. The once kiosk coffee place is opening a store in Kentucky sometime in 2019. It will have coffees, Steve Smith teas, chai and mate lattes, smoothies, and Italian sodas.
Frutta Bowl, a healthy-eating chain, is expected to open in early 2019 on the corner of South Broadway and Oliver Lewis Way. Frutta Bowls specialize in acai bowls with grains and fruit, pitaya (or dragon) fruit bowls, kale bowls, hot oatmeal bowls, and smoothies. Gluten-free and dairy-free options are available.
The Tilted Kilt Pub & Eatery will open in late January or early February next to KSBar and Grille, in the former Lucky’s Market location. Tilted Kilt is a sports bar, similar to Hooters, but with a British/Irish/Scottish theme.
Downtown eatery, Lexington Diner moved into the location of Brasabana off Lane Allen.
Sedona Taphouse opened off Harrodsburg Road by Palomar Centre.
