The Beaumont Library hosts events throughout the month dedicated to kids of all ages, families, and adults. Below is a list of events happening in June 2019.

  • June 5: Little Listeners Toddler Storytime at 11 am. Recommended for ages 18-36 months.
  • June 5: Dig Deep and Read Y’all Kick-off Party at 3 pm. Recommended for families, K-5th grade, and preschool.
  • June 5: Chair Yoga at 6:30 pm. Recommended for adults.
  • June 6: Cuddle Babies Storytime at 11 am. Recommended for ages 0-18 months.
  • June 7: Preschool Play and Learn Storytime at 11 am. Recommended for ages 3-5.
  • June 8: Second Saturday Gaming from 10 am until 4 pm. Recommended for adults, families, high school, middle school,  andK-5th grade.
  • June 8: Family Storytime at 11 am. Recommended for families.
  • June 10: K-5 Potato Printmaking at 10:30 am. For grades K-5.
  • June 10: Genealogy Jump start from 6 pm until 8 pm. Recommended for adults and seniors.
  • June 11: Beaumont Book Discussion Group of The Great Alone at 11 am. Recommended for adults.
  • June 11: Toddler Movers and Shakers Storytime at 11 am. Recommended for ages 18-36 months.
  • June 11: Paint your own Fairy Door at 2 pm. Recommended for families and registration is required.
  • June 11: Henna Workshop for Teens from 6 pm until 8 pm. Recommended for middle school and high school. Registration is required.
  • June 12: Little Listeners Toddler Storytime at 11 am. Recommended for ages 18-36 months.
  • June 12: Preschoolers Explore Gardening at 1:30 pm. Recommended for ages 3-5.
  • June 12: Family Magic Show with Scott Green at 6 pm. Recommended for families, K-5th grade, preschool (3-5 years), and middle school.
  • June 12: Beginning Vegetable Gardening at 6:30 pm. Recommended for adults.
  • June 13: Cuddle Babies Storytime at 11 am. Recommended for ages 0-18 months.
  • June 13: K-5 Make your own Critter Soap at 3 pm. Recommended for K-5th grade. Registration is required.
  • June 13: Hand Lettering 101 at 7 pm. Recommended for teens and adults. Registration is required.
  • June 14: Preschool Play and Learn Storytime at 11 am. Recommended for ages 3-5.
  • June 14: Teen Night: Laser Tag from 5:45 pm until 8 pm. Recommended fro middle school and high school. Registration is required.
  • June 15: Family Storytime at 11 am. Recommended for families.
  • June 15: Interactive Murder Mystery Adventure with Bluegrass Mystery Theater: A Wedding to Die For is from 2 pm until 4:45 pm. Recommended for adults and registration is required.
  • June 16: K-5 Marble Run Mania at 2 pm. Recommended for K-5th grade.
  • June 17: Meet Farmer Brown, the Hip Hop MC Farmer from 3 pm until 4 pm. Recommended for families, K-5th grade, preschool (3-5 years), and middle school. Registration is required.
  • June 17: Genealogy Jump Start from 6 pm until 8 pm. Recommended for adults and seniors.
  • June 18: Toddler Movers and Shakers Storytime at 11 am. Recommended for ages 18-36 months.

  • June 20: K-5 Mosaics From Nature at 3 pm. Recommended for K-5th grade.
  • June 20: Adena Moundbuilders of the Bluegrass at 7 pm. Recommended for adults.
  • June 21: Preschool Play and Learn Storytime at 11 am. Recommended for ages 3-5.
  • June 22: Family Storytime at 11 am. Recommended for families.
  • June 22: Library Fan Fest – We Dig Shark Week from 2 pm until 4 pm. Recommended for families.
  • June 23: Lost Landmark of the Bluegrass at 2 pm. Recommended for adults.
  • June 24: Explore Outer Space with the Kentucky Science Center at 3 pm. Recommended for K-5th grade.
  • June 24: Genealogy Jump Start from 6 pm until 8 pm. Recommended for adults and seniors.
  • June 25: Toddler Movers and Shakers Storytime at 11 am. Recommended for ages 18-36 months.
  • June 25: Beaumont Book Discussion Group: Dopesick:  dealers, doctors, and the drug company that addicted America. Recommended for adults.
  • June 25: Make Your own Mudcakes for Teens from 2 pm until 3″30 pm. Recommended fro middle school and high school. Registration is required.
  • June 26: Little Listeners Toddler Storytime at 11 am. Recommended for ages 18-36 months.
  • June 26: Toddler and Preschool Dinosaur Dig at 1:30 pm. Recommended for preschool (3-5 years).
  • June 26: Book Cover Bingo from 6:30 pm until 8 pm. Recommended for adults.

  • June 27: Karst, Caves, and Sinkholes at 7 pm. Recommended for Adults.
  • June 28: Preschool Play and Learn Storytime at 11 am. Recommended for ages 3-5.
  • June 28: Make Your Own China Creature at 2 pm. Recommended for families.
  • June 29: Family Storytime at 11 am. Recommended for families.
  • June 30: Bourbon Archaeology Talks: Buffalo Trace’s “Bourbon Pompeii” at 2 pm. Recommended for adults.
